RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cosmetic products are NOT eligible for return or refund once opened or used
due to hygiene and safety reasons.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / REFUND

  • Product has been opened, used, or tested
  •  Unsuitable color/shade, scent, or texture
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Promotional, discounted, or sale items
  • Allergic reactions or skin irritation

ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION

Only if:

  • Product received is damaged / leaking / broken
  • Wrong item or wrong shade delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • Report must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Product must be unused
  • Photo or video evidence is required (Strong evidence: while unboxing)

REFUND PROCESS

  • Assessment: 3–5 working days
  • Refund (if approved): 7–14 working days
  • Shipping /Delivery fees are non-refundable, even if refund is approved
    (except in cases of our error)

ALLERGY & SKIN NOTICE

  • Individual skin conditions may vary
  • Patch test is recommended before use
  • Allergy-related cases are not eligible for refund
