Lucky Draw Policy

Fixed Lucky Draw Policy

 
This policy applies to all Lucky Draw campaigns organized by D’Que Beauté House, unless stated otherwise.
 
 
1. Purpose
 
The Lucky Draw is conducted as a marketing and customer appreciation initiative by D’Que Beauté House.
No additional payment is required beyond a valid purchase.
 
 
2. Eligibility
  1. Open to customers aged 18 years and above.
  2. Only valid purchases made during the stated campaign period are eligible.
  3. Employees, partners, agents, and immediate family members of D’Que Beauté House are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Mechanics (FIXED RULE)
  1. One (1) valid purchase receipt equals one (1) Lucky Draw entry.
  2. Multiple purchases will receive multiple entries.
  3. Entries are automatically recorded upon successful purchase.
  4. No free or complimentary entries will be provided unless explicitly stated.
4. Prize Funding & Allocation
  1. All Lucky Draw prizes are funded by the company.
  2. The Organizer reserves full discretion to:
    • Determine prize value
    • Adjust prize structure
    • Increase prize pool during the campaign
  3. Prize details announced shall be final once published.
5. Campaign Duration
  1. Each Lucky Draw campaign may run:
    • For a fixed duration (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly), or
    • Until a specific sales milestone is achieved
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to:
    • Extend
    • Shorten
    • End the campaign with reasonable notice.
6. Prize Structure (FIXED PRINCIPLES)
  1. Prizes may include:
    • Cash prizes
    • Product bundles
    • Vouchers
    • Merchandise or other items
  2. Prizes are:
    • Non-transferable
    • Non-exchangeable
    • Not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated
  3. Prize visuals used for marketing are for illustration purposes only.
7. Prize Pool Adjustment
  1. Prize pools may be increased during the campaign period.
  2. Any increase will be announced via official D’Que Beauté House platforms.
  3. Once announced, prize pools will not be reduced.
8. Winner Selection
  1. Winners are selected randomly and fairly.
  2. Selection may be conducted:
    • Digitally
    • Manually
    • Via live session (e.g. social media live)
  3. The Organizer’s decision is final and binding.
9. Winner Announcement & Claim
  1. Winners will be announced through:
    • Official social media platforms, and/or
    • Direct contact (WhatsApp, email, or DM)
  2. Winners must respond within 7 days from the announcement date.
  3. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and a replacement winner may be selected.
10. Disqualification Policy
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to:
  1. Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities
  2. Use fake, altered, or duplicate receipts
  3. Provide false or misleading information
  4. Breach this policy or campaign rules
11. Liability
  1. D’Que Beauté House shall not be liable for:
    • Loss or damage during prize delivery
    • Technical issues beyond the Organizer’s control
  2. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
12. Personal Data Protection
  1. Personal data collected is solely for Lucky Draw administration.
  2. Data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) Malaysia.
  3. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
13. Policy Amendments
 
D’Que Beauté House reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
 
14. Governing Law
 
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
 
15. Acceptance
 
Participation in any Lucky Draw constitutes full acceptance of this Fixed Lucky Draw Policy.
