Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.
6. TikTok Affiliate–Specific Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply to all individuals participating as TikTok Affiliates for D’Que Beauté House.
6.1 Platform Compliance
TikTok affiliates must comply with:
- TikTok Affiliate Program policies
- TikTok Shop community guidelines
- Applicable advertising and consumer protection laws
Violation of TikTok policies is the affiliate’s responsibility.
6.2 Pricing & Promotion Rules
- Affiliates must not sell or advertise products below the authorized price unless officially approved
- Unauthorized discounts, bundle manipulation, or misleading pricing tactics are prohibited
- Flash sales or promotions must follow official campaign guidelines
6.3 Content & Review Guidelines
Affiliates must:
- Provide honest and genuine reviews
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required
- Avoid medical claims, guaranteed results, or misleading statements
Fake reviews, paid positive-only reviews, or deceptive marketing are strictly prohibited.
6.4 Brand Usage
Affiliates may:
- Use approved product images and videos
- Use brand name strictly for promotional purposes
Affiliates may not:
- Alter logos or branding
- Use offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Represent themselves as official employees or owners
6.5 Tester Kits & Free Products
If tester kits or free products are provided:
- They are for content creation and review purposes only
- Reviews must remain honest and unbiased
- Receipt of free products does not guarantee approval, payment, or partnership continuation
6.6 Commission & Sales Tracking
- Commissions are tracked via TikTok’s official affiliate system
- Sales outside TikTok’s system are not counted
- Commission structures, rates, or bonus tiers may change at any time
D’Que Beauté House is not responsible for:
- TikTok system errors
- Delayed reporting or tracking discrepancies
6.7 Termination of TikTok Affiliate
D’Que Beauté House reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any TikTok affiliate without prior notice
- Cancel commissions for policy violations
- Take legal or corrective action for serious breaches
7. Limitation of Liability
D’Que Beauté House shall not be liable for:
- Affiliate income loss due to pricing changes or campaign adjustments
- Platform issues, account suspension, or TikTok system errors
- Misuse of content or policy violations by affiliates
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
Continued participation indicates acceptance of the latest version.
